in all the years i've lived in los angeles, this was my first time at the getty. and it doesn't help to think that i passed it all the time traversing from loyola and home on the weekends. i enjoyed the architecture more than anything, but that's because we spent most of the time lounging around like lazy cats outside. it was too hot to move. i want to go back.
